우리 오빠 이겼다! ㅎㅎ... me with jae suk grinning from ear to ear after having won 3rd place at the korean speech contest on saturday. (dun understand why issit pple cannot take clear photos. take unclear oso dun tell us leave it lidat. really dun understand. ANYWAY.)


even though he still speaks korean in an american accent, i was really impressed with his speech. in fact, just being at the speech contest made me realise how much harder i need to work at my korean. kbs (korean tv station!) actually recorded his speech and did a personal interview with him, but don't think it was something he liked much. anyhows he got his wish somewhat to be on tv. haha.


and ms kim is getting married on 8th dec and we're invited! i'm so excited! i'm gonna look out for a nice pretty dress and go do my hair! gonna take many, many pretty pictures with her, especially her in hanbok! yayyy!

보고싶어. 왜 그런 말을 했니? 내 마음을 또 흔들잖아. 근데... 그렇게 좋아. 네 울려고 하는 얼굴이 보면서 내 가슴이 아팠어. 너무 꼭 껴안고 싶었어... 그래서 둘이서 사진을 찍는 것 그토록 기쁘게 해 주었어. 난 널 아직 이렇게 좋아해. 어떻하지?

it is no secret that everywhere we go, me n alastair are always found in our favourite hobby - EATING. maybe sometimes to the point of gorging... heh heh. which was the case yesterday, bcos it was his birthday~ and as usual, bcos i'm so bad at decision-making, we ended up wandering the streets of orchard road, until both our eyes lit up when we saw JACK'S PLACE in heeren. muahaha. we had to control ourselves from running in.




here we are trying to pose nicely before our beautiful food. my steak and catfish and his HALF-LOBSTER WITH STEAK. those after we downed a lobster bisque with garlic bread, half-a-dozen of escargots, and mushrooms stuffed with crab and lobster topped with melted mozzarella cheese. :D" aye... actually i haven't been eating so much for a long time ok... been on a CONTROLLED diet. but yesterday i had to make alastair happy by sacrificing my diet.








we tried to act like tourists with the cameras in our hands and taking photos all over orchard road. excuse for camwhoring. heh... but it was a short dinner but fun! 3 words: i. love. steak.

it's official. shucks. this is the first time... that... i actually like a YOUNGER guy! you know, the type i'm a sucker for... BIG eyes, tall, great singing voice... okok. his name is T.O.P. hahaha. i sound really lame. yeah, i got caught unknowingly into getting addicted to this korean hip-hop boy band - big bang! they're all like so young can!! even T.O.P, who's the oldest in the group, is only 21!! argh. but i love his deep voice when he raps! and love the way he uses almost as much eyeliner on his huge eyes as me. haha. got hooked on their new album, "stand up", which i bought in seoul during my trip.


check out T.O.P in the following mv (he's the one in the beginning, wearing the white vest). the mv plot is quite sad, typical korea drama weepie. Took me a few times before i understood what the mv meant though! T.O.P and G.Dragon (the other small cute guy) are seen fighting over the same girl, who is actually G.Dragon's girlfriend. but bcos she is suffering from a terminal illness, she chooses to make G.Dragon hate her by getting T.O.P into this act of her two-timing him. touching mv, but a few cheesy boy band scenes in between though.
