i am absolutely FLABBERGASTED.
despite all the bad reviews of "air city" and how it didn't do well at all in korea, i put my faith in it and pressed on to the end...
alas. i cannot believe how MBC can spend billions filming a drama, that probably only one person in the world (i.e. me) liked (at least until now), and completely destroy everything with their own hands by sending the drama to its death all in one LAST episode.
i tried looking for redeeming qualities in the plot. towards the end, ok... lee jung jae starts showing his gorgeous bashful smile a lot. *heart melt* choi ji woo still looks hot with her long wavy tresses. *envy* and amidst some unbelievable action they finally start getting romantic. *gush*
until the LAST 10mins of the LAST episode, either the scriptwriter wanna be joker and sabo the tv station or they overshot the budget or what... HUH. dunno whether ex-girlfriend got die of cancer anot alone in the hospice, dunno the long-lost-and-later-reunited-sister returned home in the end anot, and dunno why this lee jung jae decide to leave everyone behind and serve his country to his death as an undercover agent in moscow indefinitely. end like that?! he still leaves after saying in a church that he wants to marry choi ji woo, and after seeing his ex-girlfriend on the deathbed??? 말도 안되!!!
i can't believe there is actually a show that can produce a worse ending than "witch yoo hee". i mean, even though that one sucked throughout, at least the sucky show produced a comparatively not-so-sucky ending, considering jae hee turned back and it ends with he and han ga in hugging (ironically, at incheon international airport also...). if not for the fact that the producers chose good-lookers and excellent actors (nevertheless) like lee jung jae and choi ji woo for "air city", i will condemn this show for eternity. *deep breath* i need time to recover from this.

i shall blog this for laughs. forgive me addy. one day we shall arrive. hahaha.
well... addy went to perm her hair on her half-day off. apparently she wanted to get the chae jung ahn look as seen here:
u know. the soft curls look. alas. we do not have superstar hairstylists to do our hair. so instead she looks like another star. heehee... this is her new look:

chae rim from "dal ja's spring"! hahaha... i really think the resemblance is uncanny! told her she must put lotsa eyeliner and powder on her face to look more alike! *sniggers*however. it is unwise for me to laugh too loud. this is bcos on the very same day, i decided to cut bangs. again. i apparently did not learn from my yoon-eun-hye-look-turned-geum-soon episode. so actually i wanted to have bangs like song hye kyo:
i always aim too high huh. cos after cutting my fringe (myself), and then cutting it again shorter (bcos sheryl and ma kept telling me it was too long), i felt i looked instead like this popular and yet-again-familiar star:
kim sam soon. sigh. i can't believe this happened AGAIN. anyway i took a photo of myself in the same pose at work and sent it to addy (to cheer her up at the expense of feeling a little bit lousy myself) via mms:
which sent her into loud cackles of course, in the back office. mr oh (my general manager) heard her cackle and asked her what she was so amused at. so she showed him our KOREAN STAR photos. i didn't even realise he knew until later on when he and addy were leaving the office for coffee, i walked by and he called out "oh, sam soon!" -_-" ROAR.
i must try to distinguish myself from sam soon. if not, nobody will take me seriously cos they'll start laughing at the look of me. of cos i can try to look like:
min sun ye, leader of the wondergirls! bwahaha... and totally be like, every guy's desire! chey. haha. KIDDING.
actually it's not so bad for me to look like sam soon, and for addy to look like dal ja... after all, if you notice, both of them have HOT OPPAS next to them - lee min ki and hyun bin! but as with how there is no GONG YOO the previous time i tried looking like yoon eun hye in coffee prince, (only got GOONDU), it is not likely to be the case this time around too. addy was saying instead of MIN KI, she get DON KEY, and i said instead of HYUN BIN i get DUST BIN. sigh. well. hair grows. i just hope my REAL oppa dosen't think i look ridiculous (dun tell u...), heehee.

ok... been really busy with the NATAS Fair which took place the past weekend. me doing lotsa packing n moving as usual. this time round no hot b-boys to oogle at; and there was only ONE male model who came frm daegu for the fashion modelling who was ok-looking only. mr kim made me take a photo with him even though i didn't want to, but i went ahead in the end cos i didn't wanna hurt the innocent guy's feelings with my constant rejection. haha! but just before he took the shot, mr kim had to mention to him in korean that "sharmaine only takes photos with handsome guys like kim jeong hoon and kim gang woo!" uh huh. but the photo got DELETED anyway. no comments. -_-" on the overall... had fun, even though quite tiring. fun to work with kakis like my sis, alastair, apinun and ailing too.

still lots of work PENDING post-NATAS. sigh. but still, took my 1/2 day leave yesterday to go relak and watch korean movie with sheryl and alastair!
2 faces of my girlfriend 두 얼굴 의 여친 starring jung ryeo won (and the other guy who is really... not very good-looking...)! i tink this is by far the best korean movie i have ever watched man! it totally beats 200 pound beauty bcos that one was so predictable. this one was really funny at the beginning, yet the story is sad and touching with an unexpected twist and good ending... side fact: if jung ryeo won's hair in the show becomes a fad, then hey! my hair looks like that every morning. haha. go watch. really worth it. wish KTO sponsored it or something, then can bring jung ryeo won in, she's so gorgeous!
